Question : I have itching rash on neck and penis penis is starting to swell below head.could you please give me some direction here. I have recently at work been under a great deal of stress and believe rash ciuld be attributed to it

then image of neck not the best but penis is really concerning and a good image . It itches for last week but started XXXXXXX swell today. not painfull at this time. please advise.

I have viewed the images. You seem to have a fungal infection of penis.

Topically you may use clotrinazole (lotrimin/ lotriderm cream), twice daily for a week. If this doesnot work then I suggest you to take an oral antifingal e.g fluconazole 150mg once daily for 3 days. This may have side effects there fore a prescription for the medicine is needed.
