Brief Answer:
may be testicular infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question on HealthCareMagic,

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned please let me few things more before pinpointing the diagnosis.

1) Is there any testicular pain on one side only?

2) Does he have any discharge from penis?

3) Is he suffering from any fever? or any enlarged lymph nodes in the groin?

As per your question, let me clarify that chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease.
