Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
I have seen the attached photograph also. From the image, it looks like Allergic reaction. The allergic reaction may occur due to exposure to dust, clothing, deodrant, perfume, food, medications etc.
I would like to know following details -
1 ) Is the rash itchy?
2) For how long the rash has been there?
3) Have you recently changed your cosmetics or tried new clothing?
4) Any recent intake of medication prior to onset of rash?
Kindly reply to the above questions so that I can help you to my best.
Take care.

allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the reply. You may take antihistaminics like levocetrizine for this. I prefer to advise topical cream containing antibiotic and steroid like Futop B cream in such cases. Visit your doctor for clinical examination and prescription.
Take care.
