Question : My 5 year old son has developed some rashes on his torso It's itching him. I have enclosed a snapshot of the rash area. is there any topical ointment that will help.

Although photograph uploaded by you is not very clear, it seems that it is allergic reaction.

Apply Itchcam lotion 3-4 times a day it will give soothing effect and will help in faster clearance of the lesion. It is an OTC product and you will get it from pharmacy.

Please see if this one is clear. I had started Septilin as an immunity enhances 3 days ago. could this be an allergic reaction to that

Photograph does not looks like that of drug reaction. So chances of Septilin causing this is less.

It may be due to some clothing or other topical agents.
