Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Bumps On Back And Fever

Question: i have red very itchy bumps on back. is it a STD? Please see pictures attached.

10 days back i took precautionary medicine against Gonorrhea. I had unprotected oral sex with a girl and unprotected rimming around 30 days ago. Intercourse was with a condom.
Medicine I had taken, 1 tablet of the cerium 400 mg tablet once a day after breakfast B. 500 mg of azithromycin as the first dose on the first day after breakfast C. one azithromycin 250 mg tablet for 5 more days after breakfast .

My 2.5 year old baby has also developed a red bump on his hand. He has developed a fever (37.1) also. We have given him Panadol for babies.

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Images.

I can see red, bumps on your back and scratch marks.
These are unlike any STD. Common presentations of an STD are: Genital Ulcers which may single or multiple and may be painful OR Urethral discharge and burning sensation on passing urine OR Asymptomatic Genital bumps which may be warty or smooth rather than as itchy bumps.

These lesions on your back seem more like bug bites to me.

The bump on your child's hand could be a folliculitis.
The picture of his hand is not very clear. Is the bump painful? specially when pressed on OR is it itchy?
His temperature i.e 37.1 degree celcius is not a fever actually (normal human body temperature is 37 degree celcius).

baby has mild fever. He is teething.. last molar erupting. He has lost weight as well. He is 2.5 years old and weighs 15 kgs. He used to weigh much more earlier and was shorter.

Hi.

Mild fever is quite common while teething and is due to inflammation of gums. You can give a paracetamol syrup/ suspension for symptomatic relief and fever in a dose of 10mg / kg / dose i.e 150mg every 6 hours.
Slight weight loss is also common while teething because babies tend to eat less to avoid pain. Otherwise weight is quite ok for his age. Don't worry he will catch up once he is able to eat without pain.
Can do de-worming with albendazole 200mg/ 5ml suspension, 10 ml single dose at night.
