Question : My stomach area has a bumps and I itch there little red bumps only on my stomach I have no animals and I have tried every lotion cream u can think of don't know what to do

Get blood tests done. Take cetirizine tablets.

I have looked at the images. The first thing that I would suggest is to get the following blood tests done:
* Blood for complete blood count including platelets
* Coagulation profile

You can post the reports here or can visit a doctor with the reports.

In the meantime you can take cetirizine tablet (available over the counter) once daily for 3-4 days and see if you get some relief.
