Question : I have a very itchy little red bumps on my foot. they are starting to appear on my left hand as well.
what do I do to treat? is it contagious?

Looks like scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

looking at the picture you shared it looks be scabies type of lesions.
I suggest to use NIX anti scabies lotion tonight. Apply it from neck to toe on entire body esp arm pits, groins, navel and back of knee also along with current lesions.
Along with it you can take antihistamine tablet or Benadryl to control itch. This requires one night application only. it can be repeated after one more week.
