Brief Answer:
contact dermatitis with superadded fungus.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
It looks like the fungal infection along with contact dermatitis. I would treat it with clotrimazole cream along with mometasone cream. Your local doctor can write a prescription.

Antihistamines available over the counter (like benadryl) should be able to solve itching problem.

Hope I helped you.

relaps

Brief Answer:
2 to 3 days.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.

It does not look so bad. I expect it to disappear in 2-3 days. And if applied properly for 5 to 7 days there are very less chances of relapse.

I would stop mometasone after 3 to 5 days; but continue clotrimazole cream for at least 7 days. I would like to follow up after 7 days if you haven't see the doctor by then.

Hope I helped you.
