Question: I have an itchy red rash type to skin over penal foreskin. Ive tried Daktacort for a few days but I dont think its helping. Can you recommend another cream.

1 Duration since the rash appeared, and exact areas involved

2 Any relation with sexual activity/ medication/ chemical use/ disinfectant use

3 How often has Daktacort been used?

4 Any such lesions in the past or elsewhere, especially mouth and anal areas?

5 Few pics of the lesions from different angles.

In the meantime, please adopt the follwoing approach:

Washing frequently only with plain water at room temperature

Dry up thoroughly and taper application of Daktacort

Use antihistamines like Levocetirizine 5 mg per day if it itches

Have your blood sugar levels assessed.
