Thanks for the query

It looks like you have developed an allergic reaction to something you touched or ate.
Sometimes bed bugs can also lead to similar rashes so please make sure to change your sheets

Here is what you should do

1. apply calamine lotion over the red and itchy area for instant soothing feeling. You can also apply ice intermittently to reduce the inflammation
2. Tab avil is a very good drug for this type of reaction, it can be taken twice daily
3. get absolute eosinophil count, it is usually raised in allergies
