Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rash On Upper Back And Neck
Question: I've been dealing with itchy burning blotchy red rash for 2 weeks that started on my upper back and neck and now is on my arms. I'm under a huge amount of stress and have GAD. I'm thinking this is caused from stress but winder if I should see my GP. It's active during the day but I sleep fine once I go to bed.

I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to comment on any rash without examination, kindly upload the pictures for assessment. It can be contact dermatitis, where some irritant touches the skin and causes a reaction, have you recently changed your detergent, have you used some new clothes, have you come in contact with some substance that you usually won't.
Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with cool water and with mild soap like dermadew. Apply calamine lotion with alovera, it will produce soothing effect and help in faster recovery.
I would also suggest you not to scratch it, to avoid any secondary infection. You can take over the counter antihistamine like tablet cetrizine, it will reduce the itching.
