Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to a fungal infection. Please upload an image.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You possibly have a fungal infection. Application of clotrimazole powder or lotion topically should provide relief. It is advisable to continue some antiallergic like cetirizine or benadryl for a few more days.

I would insist you to upload an image of the affected area. It will enable me to comment better on your situation and to guide you accordingly.

I will wait for your response.

Regards
