Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scaly Raised Rash On The Back Of Leg?

probably tinea
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for writing to us.
From your description (raised scaly itchy lesion) and picture, this seems like tinea(a superficial fungal infection of the skin).
This can be treated with topical antifungal creams for a few weeks.
You can apply antifungals like CANDID B ointment(clotrimazole+beclametasone) twice daily. If the symptoms comes down in 5 to 7 days, continue applying for a total of 6 to 8 weeks to prevent recurring. Otherwise,if not responding, kindly see a dermatologist for direct examination and diagnosis.
For itching, you can take antihistamins like levocetirezine 5mg at bed time for initial 5 days. Note that, this may cause some sedation.
Meanwhile keep the area always clean and dry. Moisture and dirt promote fungal growth.
Hope this will answer your query.

Thank you.
