Hello XXXX,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have seen all three pictures.

It seems to be eczema or might fungal infection of skin which is causing severe itching.

You will need to apply topical steroids in combination with antifungal agents (Tenovate-M) which will be available over the counter in nearby pharmacy.

Take antihistamines like levocetrizine 10 mg twice daily to get rid off itching sensation.

I expect that you will start improving in 4 to 5 days with this topical agents.
