Brief Answer:
Provide additional information, use oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query and pictures.
Since when you are facing this problem?
Have you scratched it?
How is the climate where you live, is it dry and or cold?

Provide additional information which will be helpful in assessing.
Presently I would suggest you avoid scratching, if there is itching, use over the counter oral antihistamine like cetrizine, which will be helpful. Wash the affected part with cool water and use mild soap like dermadew.

Kindly get back to us with additional information.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any further queries regarding.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Neosporin ointment, avoid scratching

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing back.
I think some lesions are as result of scratching. Try to avoid scratching, you can take oral over the counter antihistamine agent at night for 5 days.
I would suggest you to apply neosporin (antibacterial) ointment, apart from the above mentioned measures, it will subside.
