Question : Good morning, I am 69 and have itchy bite like spots on my chest and back and have a tight chest with a dry cough and at times a breathing prob. I had shingles 7 years ago. Could I have them again. Many thanks. YYYY@YYYY

Shingles would rather present with pain and just on a well demarcated part of the body. I will suggest that you go ahead and get evaluated as these symptoms are not typical of any condition.
