Suggest Treatment For Itchy Spots On The Body

Question : I have two spots on my body that itch a lot & I am concerned about it. The itch has lasted for almost a year. I itch it so much that it starts to bleed. The doctor had given me anti itch cream which I used for a little while & it did help. What should I do ? How serious is this situation in your opinion ?

I have tried to attach the photos. I took a bath, washed the leg, and put some coconut oil on it. Then I bandaged it. Then I took off the bandage & photographed it. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

Thanks for the photographs and sorry for delay in reply.
It's looking like fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like Clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.

You will get relief with in 15 days but continue using the cream for a month to prevent recurrence.
