Brief Answer:
Yes you will be able to do all the routine activities by 27th August

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
you can resume your complete physical activity in next 2 to 3 weeks so it will be alright if you start military training from 27 August, gradually you can switch over to your normal diet with more of fruit and vegetable contents.

You should take plenty of glucose water and maintain good hydration
avoid strenuous exertion initially for a week or two once you join military training
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
