Brief Answer:
Myasthenia Gravis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query and an elaborate history. I'll try my best to help you with this problem.

After going through the history thoroughly I am of the opinion that you are not having Laryngopharyngeal reflux as suspected by your doctor. Neither do you have tetanus. Tetanus presents with breathing difficulties and inability in opening the jaw.

I do feel all your symptoms are related to Myasthenia Gravis which requires a complete evaluation by a good internist or a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll available for the follow up queries.
