Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist)./I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.

Yes, its classic tinea cruris - ring shaped lesions with expanding red margins and central clearing.

I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g Cap. itraconazole 100mg (Canditral cap) twice a day for 4 weeks. Topically you may use luliconazole 1% cream(Lulifin cream), twice a day for 4 weeks
In addition you may also take a tab. teczine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
These are prescription medications and must be taken as suggested and you should follow up after 2 weeks with information on how your fungal infection responds and if any side effects.
Besides topical and oral antifungal certain general measures would also help e.g bathing twice a day, wearing cotton undergarments, daily washing and iron your clothes as well as undergarments, use a separate towel, expose clothes to sunlight for at least 2 hours, completing treatment course as prewcribed and avoiding self medication.
