Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism. Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

You could be suffering from hypothyroidism. It is known to cause weight gain, lower limb swelling, constipation, fatigue, hoarseness of voice.

Do get tested for Free T3, Free T4, TSH to find out.

Keep your legs elevated to reduce the swelling. Also get a 2D ECHO to check the status of your heart.

The rash could be due to hypothyroidism, due to swelling, possible varicose veins or skin infection. Do consult a Dermatologist for the proper diagnosis and treatment.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,
