Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain When Diagnosed With PCOD

Question: I have been diagnosed with PCOD since 2010. I tried Homeopathy, Herbal and Allopathy medication to get healed. I was on Allopathy medication since a year but stopped taking medicines since December. Now i feel really weak and i haven't got my periods yet this month. There is no specific date for my periods but my lower abdomen has been hurting now and then.My facial growth and joint pains have increased. I used to get my periods for almost 20 days each month but after i started Allopathy, because i used to take contraceptives as suggested by the doctor i used to get for XXXXXXX 6 days. I would like to talk to someone and get some suggestions
