Brief Answer:
Crystal Arthopathy

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

thank you for writing on health care magic

I have gone through the pictures. It wasnt too clear but they have mentioned crytal arthopathy.

As a Rheumatologist, we dont rely on the other s diagnosis. We would prefer your history on the joint pains first:

1. Which all joints are affected?

2. Is it a continous pain or intermittent?

3. Any joint swellings also or is it just pain?

4. Apart from uric acid, has your other tests been carried out for the arthritis...

5. Currently what medications are you taking??

Do let me know these queries. Would guide you further from here

Arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Sorry for the delayed reply. Was on emergency shift

Well, Firstly it doesn't look like crystal arthopathy to me since you have been having continuous pain and swelling. Crystal Arthopathy( Gout) normally is self limiting and goes of itself after a couple of days. Since it has been going on, it may be something else which we are missing , which hasn't been looked into.

2. I am not sure why you are following a surgical person for it. You need to consult a rheumatologist near your place.

3. The tests carried out are very insignificant and doesn't conclude anything. I am advising you a few tests which you need to do to see which sort of arthritis are we dealing with:
(i) CBC, CRP
(ii) Rheumatoid Factor
(iii) Anti CCP antibody
(iv) HLA B 27( PCR)

That will conclude the work up. You need to be on proper medications or else long swelling in the joints will lead to it s damage.

Sorry we cant share contact details on it, as it is a strictly professional forum

You can always contact me here for any queries.

Do let me know your location as well, so i can guide you
