My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Treatment of keratomycosis has to be very vigorous. Drug regime we follow is Natamycin eye drops every half hour in the day time and one hourly in the night. This takes care of candida but there may be a superadded bacterial infection, for that antibiotic drops 6 times a day. Along side mydriatic drops are to be used in case of intraocular spread. In case a thick scab covers the infected part, that is to be removed by scraping.
The following treatment is modified with response.
