Question : I had an ENT look at my tonsil and he biopsied a small spot. It came back as Kiratosis. I smoked 30 years ago and drink about 12 glasses of wine a week.

Should I have this removed? This dr did not advise me to

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query and suggest you that better to remove it if you are medically fit and no contraindication of surgery.

After removal of both tonsils submitted these for histopathological examination.

Completely quit smoke, drink and betel nut.
