Question : UTI/Kidney infection 6 days ago. 1 gram Rocephin IM. Had to stop Cipro due to exacerbates my meneire's symtoms. Is that long enough to have knocked it out?

If you have been taking Ciprofloxacine for 6 days and than gotten 1 gram odd Rocephin, this is enough to treat the bladder infection and simple kidney infection. Just make sure you drink plenty of liquids and take cranberries supplements.
You should have urine culture test done in a week or so.
