Brief Answer:
See a Nephrologist and/or a doctor immediatly

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At the outset it is extremely important to save the damage to the sole kidney left. If you are using any antibiotic or have allergic reaction it should have been tested prior to the administration of such large doses. I would strongly suggest you get your Kidney function tested. I also want to know if your urine output and quality has changed in any way.

I did not understand where is the pain now? Is it the kidney pain? What is the size of the stones? Kidney stones does not require antibiotic treatments unless there is proven urinary infection. Unnecessary antibiotics put pressure on the solo kidney to excrete their metabolites, similarly certain pain killer medications.

I suggest you to see a doctor ASAP to understand the way forward. What medicines to use, what not to use? How long to use? What are the alternatives for the antibiotics that you are allergic to?

I am sure you might know the general measures for kidney care. Let me repeat that your blood pressure and blood sugars should be under good control to prevent direct damage to the kidney. There are certain drugs and toxins which are toxic to kidney, know them.

Hope this gives you an insight how to go ahead for optimal care of your kidneys.
