Brief Answer:
Take Dulcolax

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
You have been diagnosed to have small kidney stone with UTI and do not have bowel movements since then .

The constipation that you have is unrelated to stone in kidney .

You make take a stronger laxative like Dulcolax orally or Dulcolax rectal suppository to be placed in anal canal .

This will help to relieve your constipation .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
