Brief Answer:
URS-Lithotripsy with laser is best option.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxx and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

The scan report shows a 1.4 x 0.8 cm stone in lower part of left ureter.
That stone will need removal,as it's unlikely to pass spontaneously.
It'll need a lithotripsy(fragmentation).

In that situation, the best clearance is achieved by URS-laser fragmentation.
The other option is to do an E.S.W.L. fragmentation, which has good results.

There're some small stones in both kidneys, which need treatment.

1. Drink about 2-3 liters liquids daily.
2. Take potassium magnessium citrate tablets or syrup twice daily.
3. repeat an ultrasound scan -KUB,a month after treatment,to confirm clearance.

Wish you a speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
Small simple cysts are of no worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxx,

The 2 small cysts seen on the scan are nothing to worry about.
They're both simple cysts and don't affect the kidneys in any way.

Such cysts are inconsequential and just ignored.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
