Brief Answer:
Urgent admission is must.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
I went through the report.
There is a stone of size about 15 mm in its largest dimension - in the upper ureter with evidence of obstruction and so he needs early treatment.
The symptoms he has, may be signs of infection due to the obstructing stone.
He needs hospital admission, antibiotics and stone removal.
Hope this helps, kindly write back for doubts if any,
Regards

Many thanks for the advice. Today, we visit again the private doctor and he is referring to urologists department. I am a bit confused. Can you advice which department can cure it and how? Can we destroy the stone by using medicine or need some medical operation.
I am so confused, please guide me to save my father.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Kindly consult urologist.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome.
Urologist is the correct person to consult.
As i had written already, he needs to undergo a procedure/ operation to get his stone broken or removed and have a stent placed to drain his kidney.
Hope things are clear.
Sincerely

Brief Answer:
Correct line of treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome.
I went through the details of the prescription.
The doctor has evaluated him very well.
The treatment offered is the correct line - antibiotics.
He has advised further x-rays - called IVU.
Kindly follow his advice.
Depending on the size, location of the stone and the function of the kidney, appropriate treatment will be decided.
For the size of the stone, the treatment is usually endoscopic or open procedure to drain the kidneys or remove the stone.
The method chosen depends on the condition of the patient, availability of facilities in that place and so on.
There is no need to get confused. Kindly follow the advice of the treating doctor.
Hope this helps,
Sincerely
