Hi,
Thank you for query.

Most of the people with 4mm renal calculi can pass them in urine.
If renal calculi more than 5mm require surgical procedure like lithotripsy.

Only treatment for now is drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 litres per day.
I need more information to help you.
Do you have pain while passing urine or groin area?
Any vomiting,nausea?
What is your age?
