Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that this can be chondromalacia patallae. In this condition there is cartilage softening and it is common in young females. It is self limiting condition and it will improve with its own in some time. I would recommend you following for early and fast healing.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Avoid squatting, sitting cross leg,and brisk walking.
3.Take Calcium and vitamin D 3 daily.
4.static quadriceps exercises.
