Brief Answer:
You are having softening of knee cartilage

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have read your answers and I believe you are having chondromalacia patellae. In this condition there is degeneration of knee cartilage. It is common in young female and most common cause is exercises specially cycling, yoga, running on treadmill. This is self limiting disease, and cartilage will improve in 5 to 6 months.
I would suggest you to get MRI of the knee to confirm the diagnosis.
Till that time I have following suggestion for you.
1. Do not run or squat or use too much stairs.
2. If you want to do exercise,Swimming is allowed.
3. Meet a physio and learn static quadriceps exercises.
4. No need to take antibiotics like cefalexin as there is no infection.
5. Take calcium, vitamin D3 and Dicerin tablet after discussing with your doctor.
You can send your MRI report to me, I will able to guide you about future management of this.
Thanks.

hello,
i already consulted an orthopedic doctor last saturday, but he did not told me to have an MRI. Instead, he conducted physical checkup on my both knees. He said that my knees have accumulated synovial fluid. He did extract the fluids, and sent it for lad test. I already have the result of the lab test which I attached on the reports. You might want to check it. I'm scheduled to meet again the doctor this coming wednesday.

Brief Answer:
I would still suggest you to get MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your reports and it is suggestive of Knee synovitis. This can happen with trauma or cartilage degeneration. Cause of knee synovitis can be confirmed by MRI or synoviyal biopsy.
You can follow my advice about medicines and food after discussing with your doctor. You can also discuss about MRI with him.
If your pain decreases after fluid aspiration then it is good. But I think there is chance of refilling. So find out the cause of synoviyal fluid accumulation is also necessary.
Let me know if you want to ask any other question. Thanks and take care.
