Detailed Answer:
Hello

thank you for getting back with the answers. I'm sorry for the delay as i was on call at hospital. I have gone through them. Your symptoms needs further workup. There is a possibility that trauma occurred and you did not remember as you were drunk. I would suggest you to wait for few days & observe. If condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital to rule out other causes like hematological & dermatological & for that you need to get an appointment for a "Consultant Dermatologist". He will examine the area and may order some labs like clotting profile, CBC & peripheral film. Results will then decide further management. Meanwhile following measures will help to reduce the severity:

- ibuprofen thrice a day for 2 days
- take a cloth and warm it over flame. Place it at the site of problem. It will give soothing effect.
- take adequate rest

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
