Brief Answer:
Dyspepsia or heart burn

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per the symptoms you described it could be dyspepsia or heart burn that is troubling you.
The sour taste could be acid coming back into the throat because of reflux from the stomach.
You can take antacid over the counter medicine and also PRILOSEC OTC once in the morning before breakfast for 10 days.
If you do not have any risk factors like high BP, diabetes, obesity or past history of heart disease you can wait it out. If you have any risk factor it is good to get it examined by local physician.
Hope this helps.
