Brief Answer:
Balanced food with some supplements is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

First of all I would like to know the current weight and height of the child so that I would be able to judge where she stands on the growth chart. The average weight for this age is around 20 kg and the height should be about 110 cm.
Children of this age are usually more interested in play rather than in eating.
Parents should encourage the child for food that is balanced(combination of carbohydrate, fat and protein with minerals and vitamins).Junk food and chocolates should be avoided as they are the main cause of poor appetite and avoidance of home food.
Give her calorie rich food. You may add butter and ghee to the diet to meet the energy demand(children of this age need more fat in comparison to adults).
Give her fruits, milk;egg, meat(if nonveg)etc. You may add pediasure or junior horlicks in the milk to meet the nutritional requirement.
There is no specific medication which can increase the height.Height is mainly depend on genetic factors and nutrition.Giving proper diet with encouragement in sports involvement helps in maintaining good height.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Regards
