Question: driving the car and can not judge distance with 2 eyes. One eye or other can see better. also, vertigo.

The symptoms mentioned by you indicate lack of binocular single vision.
This can occur in conditions of presence of refractive error in one of the eyes.
This requires evaluation by vision and refraction testing to rule out refractive error.
