Brief Answer:
increase your dosage

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I carefuuly have gone through your question and understand your concern.

The treatment you are having is the treatment of choice in Parkinson syndrome. It should help you on the gait unsteadiness, on the rigidity and on the tremor. While lack of energy is a more complex sign and includes several factors, associated or not to Parkinson.

Generally, when optimal results are not achieved yet, it is recommended to raise the dosage of this treatment which has carbidopa and levodopa, only if you have no renal or hepatic impairment.

I recommend talking to your GP or neurologist about this.

Hope this helps. Wish you the best health.
