Brief Answer:
fatty liver is reversible, intolerance need strict diet restriction

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Fatty liver with normal liver enzymes suggest normal liver function and mild category of fatty liver. Fatty liver is condition in which lipid get deposited in liver tissue.
2) Mild fatty liver is reversible condition, and can be reversed by reducing fat-rich diet, use of omega-3 fatty acid containing food (olive oil), high protein diet, intermittent fating, regular exercise, reduce alcohol intake
4) lactose intolerance affect digestion of milk and milk product, and you must avoid such food products. VSL-3 is probiotics and it will help to reduce symptoms but it would not improve lactose intolerance. this disorder is like autoimmune disease affecting digestive process.
5) for amebiasis, you need to take specific anti-parasite medicines for specific period of time once diagnosis is confirmed.
