Question : I have a large bump on my lower left side of my back it hurts to put pressure on it. Over the past couple of days it seems to have gotten bigger and is now red.

Hi and welcome. It sounds to me like inflamed atheroma and in early stages it can be treated with antibiotics,but now it seems like there is infection that must be treated surgically by incision and drainage so you should visit surgeon at emergency department. Wish you good health. Regards
