Suggest Treatment For Large Lump On Penis

Question: I have recently. within last 2-3 weeks noticed a large "boil like" lump on my penis. It does not hurt. at first i thought it might be an ingrown hair, but i do not believe that to be the case. I'm not sure, but was thinking possibly "cat scratch fever" as i sustained a nasty scratch from one of our cats around the same time. although the cat scratch, was on my chest.
