Question : I have a pain in lower left front abdomen. The pain is recurring every few seconds. Then it stops and then again comes back.
It started 2 days ago. It went away yesterday and came back again this afternoon and with a little more than before. When I poke my stomach with my finger, I can feel a little pain.
My diet is same as usual. No indigestion, regular bowel movement.

Brief Answer:
Probably stone in ureter or entero-colitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.

Such recurring pain in left lower abdomen can be due to the following reasons:
-Stone in the left ureter.
-Entero-colitis

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and for KUB.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine, and stool routine and micro-analysis.

Clinical evaluation by a Doctor to get a clinical diagnosis supported by the investigations to get an appropriate diagnosis so that a proper management can be done to get a cure.
In the meantime, you can take antispasmodic to relieve pain.
Take plenty of fluids.

I hope this helps you.
