Question : i am having a very bad left shoulder back pain streching upto neck. i had to take a steroid injection in 2014 for similar pain. want to avoid pain killers and injections. please advise

Thanks for posting your query.
If pain is very bad then you have to take pain killer and muscle relaxant .Otherwise have hot fomentation ,tropical gel application.once pain subside then do physiotherapy. Kindly check your blood sugar level.
