Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Chest Pain

Can be muscular or due to stress.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

Left side chest pain along with whole hand is more likely related to muscular origin,the first possibility I would think in your case. The left side muscles could have stretched or strained which causing left side of chest and hand pain.

Secondly I would say yes,stress or anxiety may also cause chest pain temporarily.

For that, I would suggest you to take over the counter symptomatic treatment like tablet diclofenac 100 mg or naproxen 400mg with antacids (like pantoprazole 40).

Anti-anxiety medications (like Recita forte) would be helpful to reduce your stress level but you will need prescription from some local doctor as it is a prescription based drug.

If pain is severe or troublesome or persist even after over the counter pain killer,then it is better to check EKG at some nearby hospital to rule out any heart involvement,however there is very less chances of it.
