Question: 67 year hospitalised for left sided weakness and he is known case of hypertension and on Telmikind AM 40 MG.kindly review all the docuemnts and confirm whether current hospitalization is due to complecation of pre -existing Hypertension.

Dear Madam
1. The treating physician has clearly written that the weakness was subjective and he could not find any abnormality on neurological examination. The CT head showed normal scan.
2. As per his notes, the current illness is due to streptococcal sore throat. Hence it is not a result of pre-existing hypertension.
