Question : what causes my tires and legs to cramp?
Brief Answer:
Most common cause is low calcium!
Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these cramps. The most common cause of fatigued let and cramps is actually low blood calcium levels. I will suggest that you get your blood calcium, proteins and magnesium to be evaluated. This way, the exact diagnosis would be made and treatment options proposed. If you do not get enough sun exposure in the open, I Will recommend that you consider doing so as VitD aids a lot in calcium uptake from the stomach. Keep me posted once you get these tests done.
I hope this helps.. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
