Question: Often having leg pains during night time after goign to sleep or between sleep ..
am 8 weeks pregnant.. any remedy for this?

The cramping at night can be due to calcium deficiency.. Take milk 2 times daily...
Take calcium rich diet like ragi, dates etc... After 12 weeks take calcium tablet twice daily... Till 12 weeks no other tablets is adviced except folic acid...

I will try to have ragi, more milk and dates,

I heard dates has only iron, good to know that it has calcium too..
