Suggest Treatment For Lesion Inside Spinal Cord Along With Burning Sensation

The lesion can be benign.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Is the lesion inside the spinal cord or in the bone? Is the lesion compressing the spinal cord? Does it get more visible with contrast? Do you smoke?
If the lesion in the spine is rounded, does not infiltrate surrounding tissues (just compresses them), does not get more visible with contrast, it is most likely a benign lesion. If so, it can not have anything with lungs nodules and lymph nodes. However the pain and back burning are for sure caused by this lesion.
Most likely there will be the need to remove this lump (however its really hard to tell not being able to see the MRI result).
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

No I don't smoke
The pain could appear yesterday, still the lump seems to be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Yes it does make sense. You never know when such lesion starts to compress the spine. So the pain could appear yesterday. Its nothing surprising.
