Question : Have u heard of Morgellons? I have lesions or what i thought was bug bites all over my body, my butt, my scalp. Im an RN n have read so much on this, do u think it has anything to do w limes disease..like a latent form like shingles

No,this has nothing to do with limes disease.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Morgellons is more considered as psychiatric delusional disease.
In this ,patient believes that his/her skin lesions are due to skin disease. But after thorough investigations,no cause can be found.
We need to rule out allergic contact dermatitis, contact dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria and infestation with the parasite scabies.
If all these have been ruled out than possibility of psychiatric cause is more.
And it has nothing to do with limes disease.
So better to consult dermatologist and psychiatrist both and discuss all these.
She may need antipsychotic drugs too.
