Brief Answer: Could be herpes Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for your query. I have seen the image you have attached and the lesions do appear as due to herpes. It is better to confirm the same by blood tests like Serum herpes simplex antibodies. Meanwhile apply ACYCLOVIR ointment to the lesions twice daily. Regards,
